JOB TITLE:   
Digital & Social Media Research Aide

JOB PURPOSE:   
Assist in performing investigative research via online methods (Qualtrics) and social media.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Development of Qualtrics survey, social media advertising

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 
This position is eligible for remote work and/or a flexible work schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or equivalent credit hours
• Qualtrics survey development and social media management
• Highly organized
• Professionalism
• Exhibit good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent ability to develop Qualtrics surveys

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience developing Qualtrics surveys
• Prior experience using the Meta Business Suite
