Location: Falls Church, United States

Contract: Full Time, Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Creating marketing & advertising functions including promotions, Social Media, campaign management, event coordination, PR, social media, and website maintenance
• Create brochures, print ads, etc.
• Create videos for PR with clients - must have knowledge on shooting videos and editing
• Revise and edit website - must have knowledge on website design, SEO, etc.
• Handle all social media content (i.e. facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc.)
• Direct marketing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in SEO
• Experience with Facebook Pixel, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness
• Strong command of financial management and ability to stretch a limited marketing budget for maximum effectiveness
• Initiative and willingness to handle multiple projects/roles in an evolving environment both individually and within a team

Experience:

• College degree in Marketing and/or Communications
• 2+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, social and online marketing
• Experience in beauty industry is a big advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)
• B2B marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
