Position Summary:

This is a short-term employment opportunity with an anticipated duration of 3-4 months from the hire date. The Graphic Designer and Email Marketer will be highly motivated, have a great sense of attention to detail, and be a self-starter. The Graphic Designer and Email Marketer will be responsible for implementing original ideas, utilize brand guidelines, be open to learning more, and create impressive designs that promote the company’s vision. This position is eligible for telecommuting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in producing digital content for emails, social posts, websites
• Assists with the design of printable materials such as flyers, business cards, banners
• Provides design support to assist marketing and communication initiatives
• Provides help maintaining, organizing, and updating marketing files and brand assets

Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate with Marketing Team and other departments to ensure that all designs align with the brand’s style guides
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively meet critical deadlines
• Ability to collaborate in the development of project concepts and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of digital and print content
• Experience with light video-editing, photography, and animating (preferred)
• Experience with Figma (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of related experience (link to the portfolio should be included with resume)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in HTML coding and email formatting
• MS Office suite
• Canva
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
