Position: Social Media Producer
Job Description:
The Social Media Producer at FanDuel Group is a creative and resourceful individual who collaborates with the TV and Marketing teams to create compelling video content for social media and digital platforms. The role involves managing and creating high-quality content for various social media platforms, analyzing social media data, building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and driving viewership to streaming platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create high-quality content for TVG’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Utilize horse racing knowledge to determine content that drives wagering at TVG.com and develop social media posts around it.
- Use tools like SnapStream to edit media content for social media platforms.
- Analyze social media data to improve audience reach and attract new audiences.
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation for TVG and FanDuel TV.
- Engage with the social audience across all TVG platforms.
- Collaborate with FanDuel TV department to drive viewership.
- Develop posts to promote TVG’s marketing promotions.
- Manage sales and race enhancement social media requirements.
- Coordinate content production with Tape Library staff and other production resources.
- Utilize Photoshop and After-Effects to add graphical and text information to videos.
- Develop concepts to engage both new and core viewers.
- Source content for digital platforms by going on-site with TV production crew on select big race days.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in horse racing with a good working knowledge of the sport and key industry members.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, with proficiency in Twitter and Facebook.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Creative in composing social messaging.
- Excellent writing and language skills.
- Effective communication in written and video format.
- Team player and works well with others.

Please note that the hourly range for this position is $33.65/hr - $42.31/hr, depending on factors such as experience, location, and market demand. Additional benefits and incentive compensation may also apply.
