Book Launch (self funded book.)

Actor is needed in Wellington, New Zealand.

Hi. I’m having a book launch at Unity Books Willis street, on Thursday July 20th, 6.00pm-7.00pm.
I would like several actors to dress as characters from the book, to say a few words either side of the “reading”, describing their character etc. I will write out a short “script” to work from.
I will need
A pirate captain, English male, middle aged (but no, “Aaargh” stuff.)
An American woodsman in buckskins (think Daniel Day Lewis type, in Last of the Mohicans.) Age mid 30’s.
A female American tavern owner, mid 30’s
An Aotearoan/NZ Maori male warrior, 30’s.
If you don’t have access to the appropriate costumes, I will hjire them from a fancy dress place. I’ve checked, and there are suitable costumes available.
The whole project is self funded, so please bear that in mind. It should be a fun, easy hour, hopefully. I will be inviting the Post newspaper along, as well as The Regional News, so hopefully we could get a fun picture in the paper(s).
