Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Review raw footage and select the best shots based on the project’s guidelines and vision.
• Trim and rearrange footage to create a seamless and visually appealing story flow.
• Add transitions, effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
• Edit audio tracks, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects, to create a balanced and immersive audio experience.
• Ensure video projects are delivered within the specified timeline and meet the client’s expectations.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to deliver cutting-edge video content.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of video composition, color grading, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in editing different types of videos, including promotional videos, social media content, interviews, and short films.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of video optimization for various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
