Eligibility Criteria:

• Only applicants with a portfolio of wedding video work will be considered.
• DO NOT APPLY unless you can provide a link to your edited wedding videos in your application.

Application Process:

If your portfolio catches our eye, we’ll invite you to a trial project. This will involve editing a real project for us. If we use your video, we will pay for your work. If we do not use it, it indicates we were not satisfied with the submission, and you will not be paid. Please understand that this trial phase carries a risk.

Pay Structure:

Compensation is per project, with rates as follows (for detailed package descriptions, visit the Pricing page on our website):

• Highlight Package : $300
• Short Package: $350
• Feature Package: $400
• Premium Package: $475

The speed of your editing will affect your hourly rate. Some of our editors work quickly and earn $25-$30/hr, while others work at $15-$20/hr. Generally, editors improve their speed with experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Use of the Neat Video plug-in for noise reduction

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality videos with minimal revisions
• Adhere to project deadlines
• Understand that the volume of projects you receive is tied to the quality of your work and your ability to meet deadlines

This is an ongoing need for Old North Film Company.
