Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotels social media identity, i.e., Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Content Creation - photography and videography.
• Work closely with the General Manager to create and implement social media strategies for existing venues and upcoming openings.
• Keep the websites updated; liaise with the sales and operational to update all changes.
• Ensure all marketing activities are communicated effectively and are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Evaluate and report on advertising and marketing effectiveness through various means against goals.
• Contribute to creating email signatures; Create and plan targeted newsletters.
• Manage the CRM systems.
• Ensure that all listings are up to date on external websites.
• Preserve and enhance the reputation of the business.

Key Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant marketing & communications experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• A degree in marketing or a recognised qualification in media, production or digital (desired).
• Photo and video editing skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Copywriting and proofreading excellence.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for content.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter and able to assume a high level of individual responsibility.
• Motivation, resilience, and diligence.
• Team-working and cross-functional approach.
• Excellent command of the English language and superb presentation skills.
• Competent user of MS Office applications and Adobe Suite.
• Proficient with Canva.
• Knowledge of WordPress

Salary:

• £13.00-£14.50 per hour
