Contract: Temporary

Merchology is seeking a Seasonal Order Graphics Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Order Graphics Specialist is a critical role that provides customers with a review of their logo on specified products to ensure brand alignment. Having a keen eye for detail and quality control is a must. This position is a great opportunity to join Merchology during our busiest time of the year from September to December/January.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Order Graphics Specialist will:

  • Conduct thorough process and quality reviews of customer logos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of customer logos, meticulously assessing color correction needs, and efficiently coordinate the routing process to the Digitizing team
  • Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers who seek assistance with logo edits
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Timely communication and collaboration with Digitizing and Customer Service teams
  • Additional projects or duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
