Contract: Part Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects and data integrity of tools and processes related to client social media accounts, as well as our publishing platform, from an agency perspective.
• Coordinate the Social Media content creation process, adhering to lead times in accordance with the established content calendar.
• Chat with clients via video conferencing to help them connect accounts, and answer their technical questions.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
• B.S. in Marketing or Digital Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional Certificates in Social Media related areas preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing; agency experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a client-facing Social Media Marketing role is a plus.
• Experience with Sendible strongly preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Must be highly organized with attention to detail. If you’re a planner who takes deadlines seriously, this is a perfect role for you!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, trends and analytics.
• The ability to work well independently with minimal supervision as a result of a remote work environment.
• Teamwork and a true spirit of collaboration are essential.
• Must be a curious, lifelong learner with a growth mindset.
• Technical & Workspace:
• Should have a high-speed internet connection and device with capabilities sufficient to support use of modern applications including Google Suite, Zoom (or similar video conferencing software), internal communication apps, client management tools, etc.
• A reasonably quiet work-space free from frequent interruptions.

Hours, Availability, & Location

• This role will be part time to start at approximately 30 hours per week. Potential to grow to full time. In general, you should be available during regular business hours in your time zone. You should have a permanent address and be authorized to work in one of the following U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, PA, SC, TX, WI.

Compensation & Benefits

• The starting pay rate will be $23-$25/hour, DOE/Q. Paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, paid holidays, and bonus opportunities are available for eligible employees. New benefits will soon be available! At the present time, DVM Elite does not offer health benefits.
