Melody of hunger

I’ve been assigned a project from Citi foundation to focus on the food crisis that’s hit us as a nation. I’m still currently in the middle of developing my project, but the more prepared I am for the deadline on the 31st August, the more likely I’ll be picked among 2 other people to be granted 4 grand to bring this to life. This is a great opportunity to me as an aspiring filmmaker and I’d like to work with a wonderful composer to bring the film to alive musically.

Just a brief description: it’ll focus on a single character as he traverses his struggles with the cost of living crisis and food crisis, losing his job, losing his loved one, having to move in with a friend who guides him in the wrongest way possible by making him sell drugs, gets caught by the police etc
