Maya Chia, a high-performance, clean skincare brand is looking for a special person to assist our nationally recognized skincare line.

Social Media Content, Photography, Video Editor / Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a meticulous associate with a strong interest in social media, marketing and the administration of office duties to work full-time. Must have a strong ethic, with a drive to achieve great things.

Responsibilities:

• Create, plan and execute content for all social platforms, with a nuanced understanding of the different platforms and what the needs of those outlets require - such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• Support development, creation and execution of marketing assets (e.g. emails and newsletters, blog posts, brand messaging, Q&As, etc.)
• Must have experience working with Photoshop and the Adobe Suite. Proven skills with photography, with an eye for a luxury aesthetic.
• Good writing skills and communication is a definite bonus.
• Help with ongoing communications such as handwritten notecards, emails, customer and vendor inquiries
• Prepare and execute team needs for photoshoots, trade shows, sales presentations, major meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Organize workspace and handle personal errands for Creator

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, creativity and drive
• Responsible, organized, meticulous and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in the quality of his/her work
• Technical Skills, proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Suite
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Canva Photo App
• Familiarity working with the Shopify Platform
• Planoly
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in operational setting, and/or consumer goods, food manufacturing or cosmetics industry helpful
• Able to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Operate their own vehicle and willingness to run errands when needed
