Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for our businesses: consultancy and coaching; business retreats; membership; video production; photoshoots; hotels
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
• Collaborate to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and business strategy
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy
• Utilize video editing skills to create reels and compelling visual content for social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels
• Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality visuals for social media use

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing strategies and managing social media platforms for professional businesses
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Excellent research skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
