Job Description:

Professional Skills Required:

• Software: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, and Acrobat.
• Creativity: You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and products. Exceptional eye for color, layout, and understanding of the aesthetic elements of typography required.
• Print Production Skills: Your creations will be printed on a variety of products; understanding the process from concept to completion will be taught and is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years design experience preferred.
• Sense of Urgency: Some products are seasonal and need to be released to the public within a specific timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing and product development team to create visually compelling designs that relay our messages creatively and effectively for: corporate collateral, print ads, social media, and email marketing; product images and banners for our websites; new and existing products; templates that our clients can use to “plug-in” their information and personalize our products
• Ability to create attractive designs from scratch with limited direction. The ideal candidate thrives on the request to run with a concept and bring it to life!
• Additional design tasks may be assigned based upon the needs of the organization, including but not limited to working with our design team on client projects when we are short-staffed.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
