Responsibilities

• Manage and organize social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook)
• Create and update content on all social media platforms for our agents as well as our company. This position would log into accounts twice daily to answer messages as well as repost agents’ content if necessary. Additionally, we would like 5 unique posts per week to our social accounts weekly to facilitate growth.
• Create and implement new strategies to generate leads through our Mail Chimp e-mail list as well as our social media accounts. We would like a bi-weekly e-mail sent out.
• Monitor followers, engage with followers, respond to questions and comments, and monitor growth of following
• Monitor SEO, optimize content, create engaging visualizations, and optimize content for specific platforms (i.e. Instagram)
• Research trends and best practices in order to stay on the cutting edge of social media marketing
• Work closely with other members of the real estate team to ensure all posts/stories that we’re tagged in are reposted in a timely manner
• Provide feedback on content creation and optimization opportunities
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed (e.g. events)

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required! If you feel you’re great at growing social media accounts or generating leads please don’t hesitate to apply because you don’t have a degree.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook & TikTok required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
