About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our Creative Studios team in London to help tell amazing stories about the GoHenry brand. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will be working on everything from brand TV campaigns, social content, and paid advertising to web content and radio advertising. Our company is at an exciting crossroads—this is an opportunity for a talented Senior Video Editor to be part of shaping our brand. While the majority of the team works Monday-Friday, we would be open to considering a part-time role of 4-day week.

Responsibilities:

• Produce cutting-edge creative work, and bring a master-level understanding of design and layout
• Show excellence in Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Slides
• Develop ideas with a strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and timing, with the ability to evoke emotions and capture the audience’s attention through video editing and animation
• A self-starter who is motivated to kickstart their own projects, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, shows perseverance on long-term goals, and changing circumstances, and generally goes above and beyond in their work
• Develop and evolve our Performance and Brand TV Marketing
• Create high-quality motion graphics and motion toolkits
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing our digital, mobile/web, comms, and social brand presence
• Manage the quality of content throughout all phases of a project
• Present confidently and professionally to internal teams, including executives, and have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience working as an Editor, Director/Motion Graphics Designer
• Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor, with several years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in a creative agency, media production company, or related field
• Experience creating content for TV, Social, Radio, and Digital Advertising
• Experience with leading VO recordings and Post Product
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design
• Confident and concise in presenting work
• A love for visual storytelling and concepting
• Creative thinker who can translate strategic and marketing needs into beautiful brand work
• Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection
• Experience in pre- and post-production for video/photography shoots advantageous
