Job Summary:

Wave Agency is a dynamic and ever-evolving agency navigating various industries offering innovative solutions to our clients. We seek a proficient Social Media and Creative Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is initially on a freelance or consultative basis with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The perfect candidate will be versatile in managing social media platforms, harnessing their creative skills to craft compelling content and effectively communicate brand stories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer preferences.

Content Creation:

• Utilize Canva to design visually appealing graphics and content.
• Assist in video editing processes, preferably with Capcut experience.
• Generate creative content that portrays the unique voice of different brands.

Communication:

• Collaborate efficiently with various departments and clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions.
• Provide exceptional communication both internally and with clients.

Website Management (Nice to Have):

• Leverage experience with Squarespace to maintain and update websites.
• Assist in developing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website layouts.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and understanding the nuances of each.
• Outstanding creative skills with a keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use Canva for creating engaging content; familiarity with Capcut and Squarespace is a bonus.

Pay:
