Responsibilities

• Providing live visual summaries (ie. graphic recordings) for client workshops, industry conferences and strategic meetings.
• Designing & illustrating infographics; inclusive of light copy-writing, graphic design and collaborating with animators & interaction designers.
• Assisting with internal marketing and systems as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates with a Diploma/ Degree in Visual Communications or related disciplines preferred.
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficient with Procreate, Adobe Illustrator or other digital illustrations tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (eg. Google Workspace, Dropbox Paper).
• Highly proficient in English; fluency in more than 2 languages will be an advantage.
• Flexible team player who is keen to work with a fast and dynamic team.
• Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset.
• Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g. analytics, programming, experience with tech startups).
• Entry-level candidates with a demonstrated interest in hand-drawn illustration and visual arts may be considered for this position.
