Job Description:

Our company Cerebral Staffing has an exciting opportunity available in our Des Moines office for an experienced Social Media Specialist who is professional, vibrant, and thrives in high-energy environments. The Social Media Specialist will assist the HR team in the recruitment of professionals. You will develop effective social media projects for recruitment and brand name identification, assist in the facilitation of interviews between candidates and identified interviewers/panels, be the primary person in the company for digital marketing, and provide regular updates on candidate flow, status, and obstacles to the hiring manager and HR leadership.

Essential Duties:

• Participates in the full-lifecycle recruitment management including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Ensures and executes the building of customized sourcing strategies per individual search to support candidate generation and be connected with the talent pool Proactively builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to quickly meet future talent needs Posts open positions on social media and Facebook Groups.
• Screens and sends qualified resumes to hiring managers Maintains Company blogs and manages social media marketing.
• Maintains ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting analysis reports to provide ongoing enhancement to the Company’s digital image and recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of social media experience.
• Recruiting experience is helpful, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple recruiting channels, including Social Media and Job Boards is a plus.
• Must pass a Drug Test and Background Check.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
