Contract: Full Time, Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and validate design solutions.
• Develop user journeys, flows, and personas based on research data and project requirements.
• Design the visual elements of the Employee Center, ensuring brand consistency and improving user engagement.
• Work closely with developers, QA consultants, and stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly implemented and meet user needs.
• Assist QA Consultants in usability testing to validate the design implementations.
• Maintain design specifications, user manuals, and any other necessary documentation.
• Collect and integrate feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Ensure designs meet web accessibility standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong background in UI/UX design.
