Business Entities

  • Property Investment: Our investment model is to buy, refurbish, refinance and rent, high-end multi-let houses to professionals across the UK. Our unique interior designs, enthusiasm for property and a relentless focus on customers, puts us at the forefront of our industry.
  • Property Investment Coaching: By utilising our wealth of experience in buying and renting properties, we also coach Clients in property investment too - so we’re continually passing on our knowledge to those wishing to start or progress their property journey.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Social Media Management and engagement (for the company and CEO)
  2. Lead generation via social media and email campaigns
  3. Blog Management for the Company and CEO
  4. Creation, planning, execution and tracking of internal marketing and client campaigns
  5. Creator of content in photography and videography (preferred but not essential)

Salary and Benefits

Salary range between £24,000 - £34,000 subject to experience.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours:

32-40 per week

Salary:

£24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

High Wycombe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
