About the Role
Being part of a team that’s able to think fast and react, you’ll be collectively responsible for the success of our Sally Europe social media accounts. Within your role, you will be accountable for the quality execution and growth of assigned channels within our full channel mix. Being a flexible team player you will at times work on multiple channels and switch accounts depending on focus and need. Working with the Social Media Manager, as a team you will strive to deliver a best-in-class execution of our strategy, always aiming to be Social First, using your creativity and flair for the channel to deliver against a commercial plan to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for planning and co-ordinating company social posts against our Marketing plan objectives & campaign objectives across 7 countries
- Sharing of exclusive supplier provided brand content across all our platforms, working with the Social Media Manager and Social Media Co-ordinator
- Attend relevant industry awards and events to create social media content in order to recognise and support industry icons and moments.
- Working with the Social Media Manager and Content & PR Manager to develop content through working with ambassadors, influencers and media days.
- Support UK stores with Social Media, providing assets and advice for success across all platforms
- Manage advertising budget for Social Media and report on activity
- Responsible for raising PO’s and checking of invoices
About You
- 2+ years of Social Media marketing experience
- Copywriting skills
- Confident communicator who can communicate cross-functionally and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry and curiosity for understanding the varying customer types in order to produce truly effective communications
- Planned and organised
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to react to tactical needs of the business
