Responsibilities
- Quickly learn the craft of editing short-form videos for Wholehearted Publishing’s website and social media accounts
- Learn to manage multiple projects with precision and organization
- Learn to pick out attention-grabbing shots
- Understand video encoding formats and aspect ratios
Preferences
- Basic knowledge of video editing
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, streaming platforms, such as YouTube using Vimeo, and social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
- Understanding of storytelling techniques and ability to convey a compelling narrative on camera
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
