Contract: Full Time, Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media content calendar for our general and weddings Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence.
• Craft captivating copy for all social media posts, maintaining our brand voice and identity.
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, liking and commenting on relevant posts, and exploring collaboration opportunities.
• Repurpose short-form videos for TikTok to broaden our social media reach.
• Compile and distribute two newsletters per month to our audience.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
• Adapt quickly to new developments and contribute proactively to our business’s dynamic growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in photography, Lightroom, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen understanding of SEO principles.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
• Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media followings.
• Adeptness at navigating various social media platforms.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
