Job Description:

We are an exciting hair care brand with huge plans to expand. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage our LIVE Tiktok shop. You’ll be an important part of our team responsible for effectively developing growing our brands engagement and retention of our community, actioned through Live shopping.

Key responsibilities:

• Create Tiktok and Instagram Live events
• Go on Tiktok live showcasing our products. Ability to wear wigs is a nice to have but we are able to show you how to.
• Show behind the scenes content of our studio.
• Create interactive hair instagram stories content
• Use Facebook, Instagram, and more to respond and engage with customers and internal stakeholders to execute flawlessly.
• Develop giveaway partnerships with other brands.
• Support and execute the social community strategy and direction, informed by the brand(s) objectives and insight, working closely with the wider Social Media team.
• Work in collaboration with creative talent to develop the brands ‘tone of voice’ online whilst managing the day to day relationship to ensure success.
• Have high level of literacy, being able to understand brand tone of voice and create content for all community touch points.
• Champion all things social, providing recommendations and thought leadership to the wider business.
• Analyse social performance and trends through regular social listening and reporting.
• Create and execute new ways to deliver messaging through social media content.

Job Types:

Salary:

£15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours:

2 – 6 per week
