Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute social media campaigns
• Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
• Proficiency in SEO techniques to optimize social media content
• Experience in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective content creation and proofreading
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging social media campaigns
• Knowledge of public relations principles to maintain a positive brand image
