Role Description
MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF HIP HOP HISTORY. This is a remote, contract role for a Documentary Editor. The Documentary Editor will be responsible for editing and post-production of video content, such as documentaries, commercials, and short films. The role requires close collaboration with the production team and excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality final products.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer
- Experience in color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to ensure high-quality products
- Experience in documentary filmmaking and post-production
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Film, Television, or related fields
