Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Spoutible, Reddit, and YouTube
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
• Conduct social listening to understand audience preferences and interests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Manage social media campaigns and track performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Strong video editing skills to create compelling visual content
• Excellent research skills to gather relevant information for content creation
• Familiarity with Google Analytics to track and analyze social media performance metrics
• Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts
• Photography skills to capture high-quality images for social media posts
• Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and strategies
