We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our team, focusing on producing innovative lifestyle and racing content for @matt_tifft’s social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for creating high-quality video content, adept in using advanced content creation tools, and skilled in editing for diverse platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies with a strong focus on video content for YouTube and live streaming platforms.
• Create, film, and edit high-quality video content, using advanced content creation tools to tailor content for each social media platform.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in content creation, especially in video, to produce engaging and shareable content for YouTube and other platforms.
• Utilize social media analytics, with a particular focus on video performance, to inform and refine content strategies.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative across all video and digital content.
• Continuously upgrade skills in content creation tools and technologies, staying ahead in the rapidly evolving digital media landscape.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media strategy, particularly in video content creation.
• Expertise in video editing software and familiarity with a range of content creation tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, 2D animation, motion graphics, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, Contract (1099)
• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
• Travel Requirement: 50% (mainly to racing events, with expenses covered and per diem)
