Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and manage social media content calendar, including writing and scheduling posts
• Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and feedback
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
