Forge Apollo is looking for a highly motivated and versatile Video Editor with a passion for storytelling. The Video Editor at Forge Apollo is responsible for the successful execution of assigned campaigns on-time, and to a high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Creative Producers & Director of Video to create high-quality content for our clients within scope and on schedule
• Providing meaningful feedback to team and ensuring standard of quality
• Able to creatively problem solve based on client/project needs
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work alone and with a team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of post production experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a post-house and/or agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree (prefered)
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, and Audition
• Able to create high quality custom motion graphics from scratch in AE, as well as from existing assets (vector & image files, client logos, etc.)
• Strong Color Grading ability and finishing workflow (Davinci Resolve Preferred)
• Understanding of effective visual storytelling - documentary background a plus
• A track record of producing premium, high-visibility video for large-scale audiences
• Must be a self-starter able to take a project from start to finish
• Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

• Competitive monthly flat rate commensurate with experience level and expected hours

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
