Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs while also contributing to our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with various teams to develop creative concepts, design marketing materials, and implement effective strategies to promote our brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, as well as a solid understanding of marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our brand identity
• Design visually stunning graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, advertisements, vehicle wraps etc.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all channels
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual elements effectively communicate key messages
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with printers or other vendors when necessary for production purposes
• Incorporate typography, color theory, and composition techniques to enhance visual appeal
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role (portfolio required)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography principles, color theory, and layout design
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation
• Excellent communication skills; able to effectively present ideas both verbally and visually
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with printing processes is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
