Job Description:

We are seeking multiple creative and charismatic individuals (men and women) to join our team as a TikTok Livestreamer. This role involves showcasing our products on camera, engaging with our audience on camera, and driving sales through interactive and entertaining live sessions on TikTok.

Duties

• Plan and execute engaging live streams on our TikTok shop.
• Showcase products in an appealing and informative manner.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage sales.
• Track and report on live stream performance and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok and online retail trends.
• Basic knowledge of sales tactics and audience engagement strategies.

Compensation:

In addition to the fixed hourly fee, below commission rate will apply:

• 5% for every product sold over 100 units.
• 10% for every product sold over 500 units.
• 12% for every product sold over 1000 units.
