Job Description

We are a professional family-owned and operated company looking to add to our growing marketing department. This position will be working with a social media content creator and another graphic designer. The ability to work diligently with others is important, as we are all hands-on and strive for collaboration. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to learn from our experience in the cannabis industry and contribute to our exponential growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials
• Design eye-catching logos that align with the brand identity
• Create engaging social media graphics for online campaigns
• Utilize typography effectively to enhance design aesthetic
• Manipulate and enhance photographs to meet design requirements
• Product photography for The Refinery’s menu

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography and its application in design
• Experience with content management systems for website development
• Familiarity with print advertising techniques and requirements
• Ability to create visually appealing logos
• Basic photography skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Additional Information

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
