Job Description

As a Design and Video Editor, you will deliver innovative video, animation, and imagery to inspire people and excite them about exploring the world. Your day-to-day tasks will involve editing existing video content to create short-form, attention-grabbing ads. You will work in a fast-paced environment as an integral member of the Creative Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit existing video content to create compelling stories across multiple platforms, including paid advertising
• Generate and curate new video ideas that resonate with the target audience
• Stay updated on video trends, sounds, and effects for different target audiences
• Conduct test and learn approaches to understand what delivers results in paid advertising channels
• Produce engaging animated graphics and video content tailored to different channels
• Work on multiple edits and projects at the same time, meeting all deadlines
• Execute design briefs in adherence to brand guidelines, including web, social assets, and more

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video and animation
• Experience in content curation for the Gen Z audience
• Ability to take and act on feedback and constructive criticism
• Understanding and knowledge of Australian culture and trends (desirable)
• Familiarity with marketing funnel principles
• Test and learn approach to content creation
• Experience creating and editing content for social platforms
• Experience in color correction and grading
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Media Encoder)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High technical ability in designing for multiple channels
• Ability to multitask and handle numerous large projects
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Passion for travel-related content
