Job Description

Sisterology is an online fashion retailer for women. We are seeking high-energy, creative, and flexible individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will assist in supervising the marketing team, create graphics for various platforms, coordinate promotional activities, and recommend product modifications for sustainability.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Strict attention to detail and time management
• Retail experience
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry software

Preferred qualifications:

• Marketing experience
• Degree in Design or related field
• Ability to establish instant credibility with clients and prospects

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit for 4+ hours at a time
• Must be able to stand for 4+ hours at a time
• Ability to lift 25 plus lbs.

Additional Information

Education, Experience, and Certification/License Qualifications: Bachelor or Associates degree within broadcast, operations, engineering, computer science, or business-related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Valdosta, GA 31605
