Job Description
We are looking for a social media manager/creator to help a Partner of a wealth management company grow his personal brand across multiple platforms. This is a 3-month project with the potential to become a full-time position. You will be responsible for:
- Posting at least 10 times per day on various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Creating and editing high-quality videos, graphics, and captions that showcase the Partner’s expertise, personality, and value proposition
- Developing and executing social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions
- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance and metrics, and adjusting accordingly
- Staying on top of the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for a personal brand or an influencer
- A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your creativity, skills, and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and copywriting
- A growth mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt
Bonus Skills
The following skills are not required, but they would be a plus:
- Light video editing skills, such as trimming, cropping, adding transitions, and subtitles
- Experience with either Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, or both
Location
This position is based in our Orange County office. You must be able to work from the office Monday to Friday for the first three months. After that, you may be eligible to work from home on Monday and Friday, depending on your performance and results.
Additional Information
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.38 - $25.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate: Laguna Hills, CA 92653: Relocate before starting work (Required)
