Job Description:

Valancourt International, LLC (VI) is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer for an entry-mid-level role in our Atlanta Office. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects ranging from brand design to complex signage and wayfinding systems. Your responsibilities will include research, strategy development, concept generation, user analysis, and documentation. You will work on projects in various markets, such as aviation, transit/transportation, and retail/concessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, visual communication, architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or similar studio experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Experience with environmental graphic, wayfinding, and signage projects
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with architectural construction documents
  • Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling programs is a plus
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics software or digital video editing is a plus

Additional Information:

  • Location: Atlanta, Georgia
  • Workplace: Hybrid (Remote, In-Office, Project Site)
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) – a plus
  • Salary commensurate with experience
