Job Description:

MOBU is a startup health supplements company based in Worcester looking for a talented videographer and editor. The role involves creating exciting and informative videos for social media platforms, including short form content reels for TikTok/Instagram and longer informational videos for YouTube. The ideal candidate should have a sense of humor, a strong drive to learn and grow, confidence, and the ability to think outside of the box.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment
• Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software
• Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects
• Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
• Conduct video shoots on location, including setting up lighting and audio equipment
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new video editing techniques

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software
• Strong knowledge of photography principles and techniques
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Confident in producing photo/video content
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects

• Attention to detail and a friendly attitude are essential
• This is a part-time role, but has the potential to become full-time in the future
• Salary: £11.96 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
