Job Description

Trinity Business Support is seeking an experienced inhouse graphic designer to join our clients team. The role will involve designing products with the customer and assisting with administrative duties as needed. The role will be a approximately 70/30 split between graphic design and office assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Production: Developing and designing visual images for print, website, and social media. Gathering design requirements, providing updates and advice to staff and clients, and creating design ideas and drafts.
• Customer Service: Addressing and resolving design-related queries from clients, proactively gathering feedback, and working closely with the office and warehouse team to ensure timely order dispatch.
• Internal Collaboration: Working closely with all other departments (sales, marketing, production) to ensure design and manufacturing work meets the objectives of campaigns and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of the digital print process.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Information

• Job Type: Temporary
• Salary: £20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Experience: Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)
• Ability to Commute: Newton Aycliffe (required)
