Job Description

The Graphic and Digital Design Specialist will be working with the Foundation and Marketing Departments at Valley City State University. The primary role is to support the staff in updating and creating materials, publications, and social media communications. Additionally, the specialist will provide support to the Print Shop with projects or Print Shop coverage. The position requires working 32 hours per week, with flexible hours that can be adjusted to fit the employee’s scheduling needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products, including InDesign
• Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Graphic Design
• Working knowledge of VCSU graphic standards

Compensation

$10.25 per hour
