Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET, C#, SQL, and React, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.

• Full Stack Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable web applications.
• Front-End Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and other modern front-end technologies.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic using .NET and C#, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
• API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve software defects and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and React.
3. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
4. Experience with database design, optimization, and management using SQL Server or a similar RDBMS.
5. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
6. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
2. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
4. Understanding of microservices architecture.
