Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts and creating engaging posts to increase brand awareness and educate followers on products and services. They will monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, track and analyze social media engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to develop social media strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Completed course/degree in marketing
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices
• Ability to create engaging and informative social media posts and manage brand reputation on social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute social media strategies
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing trends in social media and adjust strategies accordingly

Other Information:

This is a part-time remote role for BeautyByHol, a company branching out into training and a product line. The Social Media Manager will also assist with product design and help manage trends to increase engagement.
