Job Description:

EOS Healthcare Marketing is seeking a dynamic and versatile Jr. Graphic Designer who is also equipped with junior-level web development skills to join our innovative team. In this hybrid role, you will be pivotal in designing and maintaining an array of creative deliverables in the healthcare marketing realm, with an added responsibility of supporting web development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design
• Create impactful visual solutions for clients that reflect the brand and address the business objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support web development projects with a good understanding of Divi and basic CSS (no hard coding required).
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, with keen attention to detail and time management.
• Work independently and in a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Show initiative and ability in problem-solving, following creative direction, and proofing own work.
• Skilled in detailed file preparation and releasing production files for print and digital.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design based on established brand standards (i.e. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and layout).
• Web Development
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS: Understanding the basics of navigating and using WordPress for web development purposes.
• Experience with Figma: Comfortable using Figma for web design tasks, with a readiness to enhance skills in this tool.
• Basic Cross-Browser Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve common browser-related issues, with eagerness to learn more complex troubleshooting techniques.
• Interest in UX Principles: A budding understanding of user experience, with a keen interest in contributing to onsite process improvements.
• Commitment to Quality and Consistency: A focus on producing quality work with accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

Additional Information:

• This is an in-person position based in our Lone Tree, Colorado office.
• We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and excited designer who is artistically inclined and eager to showcase their skills.
