Job Description:
- The Social Media Marketing Assistant will report to the office manager
- Responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the medical and medispa spaces
- Develop and execute engaging and unique content
- Act as the voice of the brand and assist in management of content and community across all social media platforms
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Requirements:
- Passion for social media and marketing
- Proficient in social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work as a team, ready to support one another and regularly collaborate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
