Job Description
The graphic designer will work with the KU School of Engineering Public Relations staff to design a variety of pieces including brochures, fliers, print and online ads, displays, programs, posters, giveaways and more. The graphic designer reports directly to the public relations director and works with a variety of clients within the School of Engineering. Quick turnaround of projects is often needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent computer graphic skills
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent writing skills
- Enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours during the semester term of the appointment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics and video production
- Strong photography skills
