Job Description:

OEM is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop graphic designs for training and communication materials. The designer will work with the Brand and Performance Institute Development Team to ensure communications have a consistent look and feel with the overall brand creative. Responsibilities include receiving briefs and specifications, managing workload and prioritizing projects, ensuring designs meet objectives, keeping up to date with technology and software, and assisting with retouching tasks. The designer will also coordinate printing and production services and provide consultation and assistance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of combined education, training, and experience in business printing and production
• Customer service experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of branding and visual communications
• Strong proofreading skills and an eye for design and layout
• Energetic, creative, proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate
• Knowledge of print shop operations and standard software applications
• Experience in web design and development
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Candidate with automotive experience
