Job Description:

We are currently in search of a creative, experienced Video Editor to join our company. You will play a key role in the success of our Video Production team, and will add to the creation, and innovation of various promotional video projects. The Video Editor will be responsible for translating video concepts and bringing them to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work with team to produce a final product that matches the vision
• Assemble raw footage
• Prepare rough and final cuts
• Input graphics to enhance footage
• Follow script, screenplay, and outline
• Digitally splicing and synchronizing footage
• Improving/correcting lighting, coloring faulty footage
• Discover and implement new techniques that will promote company efficiency

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premier, Element 3D, After Effects, Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition
• General understanding of computers and digital equipment
• Knowledge of new and cutting-edge technology
• 2 plus years experience of digital video editing
• Ability to take direction
• Clear communication skills
• Team player
• Technical wizard
• Highly organized

Additional Information:

• Job Types: Part-time, Contract
• Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
