Contract: Part-time, Contract

Job Description:

30 year old company seeking experienced graphic artist to develop and design shirts for its customers for use in manufacturing shirts for equestrian, sports, Christian and church activities. Once designs are approved the design must be inputted into sublimation templates for production. A thorough and complete knowledge and expertise with Adobe illustrator is required. 9+ proficiency on illustrator is a pre-requisite. Strong proficiency in Adobe photoshop is also desired. Once designs are approved by customer they must be transferred to rip software for production. Job entails all those aspects. Bachelors degree in graphic arts desired but experience and proficiency are most important. A lot of work involves designs with a Christian theme and designers with strong faith and Christian background have great advantage in producing inspirational designs and messages. Design ability is required for this job as well as graphic design skills. Designers must be able to understand company and customer wishes for products and translate them into wonderful wearable art, using pre-developed and approved company templates. Some interaction with customer required. Possible to work remotely or in house at our facilities in Wellington, FL. PoloGear produces the finest in team shirts and team jerseys for polo, hunting, jumping and dressage. It is also produces two Christian lines, The 4 Horseman and Polo 4 Christ. Candidate must an expert in Illustrator with a talent for creativity and design with at lease 7 years experience.

Requirements:

  • Graphic design: 7 years (Required)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 7 years (Required)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 7 years (Required)
  • Ability to understand company and customer wishes for products
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts (Preferred)
  • Experience and proficiency are most important
  • Design ability is required for the job
  • Ability to translate customer wishes into wearable art using pre-developed and approved company templates
  • Some interaction with customers required
  • Candidates with a strong faith and Christian background have an advantage
  • Possible to work remotely or in-house at facilities in Wellington, FL

  • Open to remote work with flexible schedule provided deadlines and customer service expectations are met
