Job Description:

We are an online education company that is looking for an experienced video producer for direct-response marketing and advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for advertisements, social media, and other marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging and impactful video ads that resonate with our target audience and drive results. You will also be involved in capturing and documenting behind-the-scenes footage and editing and enhancing raw footage for the best quality possible. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging video technologies to bring fresh and effective approaches to our video marketing.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of original video production and videography experience
• Deep understanding of digital video, digital audio, camera gear, microphones, and lighting
• Ability to produce engaging content on various digital advertising platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, TV)
• Experience in editing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and crafting persuasive visual narratives within VSLs
• Knowledge of video production gear, lighting, and studios
• Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production software
• Basic understanding of advertising, sales, and marketing funnels
• Innate sense of aesthetics for video and ability to tell messages in new and creative ways through editing and post-production
• Self-directed and able to work closely with the Creative Director and other creative talent
• Ability to work autonomously and drive new creative video ideas forward
• Ability to improvise, adapt, and capture video for unplanned moments or ideas

Additional Information:

Remote | Part-Time Contract (with opportunity for full-time)

Reports to: Creative Director

Must be willing to travel regularly to U.S. locations. The role is remote but will require in-person filming sessions regularly in Austin, Texas, and other locations.
